breastfed to formula fed?!?!

So I currently BF my baby girl, she is 4 weeks old. She has been given Zantac for acid reflux....been giving it to her for almost two weeks now and it's helped a little bit she still has a ton of gas and is colicky most of the day......so I'm wondering if anyone has been through this and if so, if they switched their baby to sensitive formula and saw a difference?!?!

My daughter had reflux and colic and was born a month early. Breastmilk, regular formula, sensitive formula... nothing made a difference. The colic went away in a month or two, but she still had reflux to some extent until 8 months. She gained weight just fine despite the constant spit-up! Sometimes you just gotta ride the wave, I guess!

And that Zantac is highly sensitive to baby's weight. She may need the dose increased. 
A chiropractor helped my dd with her issues at 6 weeks.

Have you been back to her pediatrician for it? They might need to increase her dose. Have you tried gripe water for the colic? 
Breastmilk is honestly going to be better for her and gentler on her tummy. 
Maybe try eliminating foods from your diet to rule out a sensitivity for her.
