spotting 9-11dpo period or implantation? 38 day cycles

So I still have a a little over a week before AF is due, but I started having tiny bits of brown spotting. Barely any on my undies & maybe a slide when I wipe. My temps seem to stay the exact same everyday... is this a good or bad sign? I'm using a bbt thermometer.
