WORK STRESS
Hey ladies,
I am a Prek teacher and recently under a lot of stress due to staff changes, center changes, and parent concerns (not about me but the other things). I just wanted to know what are some kickass ways you guys destress. I know working out is a big one but between 10 hour days, a long commute, my loving and adorable puppy, and a knee problem, that's not an option. Other ways? I think my friends and family are tired of hearing me vent.
