How long do you leave your tampon in?

Depends on the flow. The first 1-3 days usually every 2-3 hours, after that probably every 6 hours until it's done.

When i used tampons id have to change whenever id pee which is every hour/every other hour. Now i use a cup so i can go 12+ hours without worrying

Used to be able to for 8hrs at a time. Since coming off Bc, I have right change every 30-45 mins
