Nausea 🤢

I'm so nauseous/crampy/ tired/moody on and off birth control!!!🙄. I've taken a few tests all BFNs. I switched a few different times and the ring wasn't suppose to affect my tummy. I thought what I had was AF last week. I don't know what to do anymore! I might need surgery again for my endo but have no one to help with my son during the day😭 Why does my vagina hate me?
