TTC with Stage 4 Endometriosis

Any ladies or mommies on here ttc or have conceived that have endometriosis? I'm currently in my two week wait for this month, and DH and I are hoping for a BFP finally. We have been trying for a few months now with no luck yet. After my first surgery I underwent medically induced menopause for three months that took an extream toll on my body and mental health so we stopped the treatments. It's been almost two years since I came off the lupron, and I still deal with a tremendous amount of chronic pain daily. I'm currently 3 dpo and the last two days I've had cramps so bad that it's had me curled up in a ball crying and barely able to breathe. Just in desperate need of some advice with trying to conceive with this disease 😔
