am I ovulating

My cycle is totally all over I can't figure anything out it's horrible, I'm never ovulating when I think I am, whether it's counting days or looking CM I'm just confused, I now have sore nipples, could that be a sign of ovulation or AF? My bbt dropped by 0.2 as well.
