emergency contraception

So I got my period on the 27th which ended on the 2nd of may. Last night around 10pm my boyfriend came in me and I am on no birth control whatsoever. At 5 in the morning we just purchased plan B one step and I took it. Will I still get pregnant? & will this mess up my period? It hasn't been more then 24 hours nor 10 hours.
