So my fiancé and I have been having un protected sex. The chances of me getting pregnant are pretty slim according to a fertility  doctor but my boobs grew two cup sizes in a week and they hurt. I found a knot in one of them yesterday and I am going to get a mammogram for it today. Any thoughts on what might be happening?
