Possible lupus

I'm 4.5 months postpartum with my first baby and for the last six weeks or so I have been waking up in the morning with painful and stiff joints, specifically in my hands.  I went to my primary doctor who did a bunch of lab work to see if I might have rheumatoid arthritis.  The labs that could indicate RA came back normal but I did have abnormal labs that could suggest a lupus diagnosis.  Anyone else diagnosed with lupus after having a baby?
