Currently 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant with hopefully #4!!! My sons are 12,10&3.

 I have a lot of cramping but no bleeding thankfully.  I have every  symptom imaginable, especially heightened sense of smell. I've miscarried 6 times, 5 consecutively since 2014. 

My husband does not know and I plan on telling him I don't ultrasound which is booked for 26 May. He thinks it's just a regular follow up for my own variance tests and kidney stones. The ultrasound tech said doctors are all in on the surprise as well. My plan is to call him in after making sure everything is OK and telling him that it's going to get so big over the next eight months that the doctors will have to remove it. Then show him the screen that will say "Hi Daddy" ❤️🙏🏻
