No period, no baby

So I am 70 days late, I have never had a normal period. Lately I have been really stressed and everything, but I decided to take a pregnancy test (i finally got the nerve to do it) yesterday and this morning. I have taken two test so far and both came back negative. Why have I still not had my period?
