You didn't ovulate yet. Before ovulation, your body is releasing estrogen, so you temps will be low. I noticed on my charts the day I ovulate, they dip even lower BC I'm doing IUI. So as the follicles grow, they release more estrogen and my temps dip. After you ovulate, your body starts producing progesterone, to prepare your body. The progesterone is what raises your bbt. You will see a rise in your bbt for at least three days. Then you know you ovulated on the low day, before the rise. Also, when you use opks, you don't actually ovulate on the day you get a peak. You actually ovulate 12-36 hours after. Most women average 36, but everyone is different. I hope that helps. I've been doing this awhile... unfortunately. Good luck!😊

It doesn't look like you've ovulated yet. There should be 3 days at high temp to confirm. There's a great charting instruction video on fertilityfriend.com
