normally hate these posts! BC!

I normally hate reading these posts... but at this point, I really would love some opinions. I'm 7 months post partum and my husband and I decided to start trying for a baby. Well, after a month we changed our minds (life kind of took a turn) so I continued taking my birth control. 2nd month rolls around and I get an emergency call and have to quickly leave the state... leaving my birth control behind. I had taken one blue pill after my period when I missed two days in a row. When I bought a new pack I did double up on pills to catch up (so that third night). But I had sex the day before missing the first pill and then had very light spotting the day I started the pill pack again. My question really is, can you ovulate that quickly? Has anyone been through something like this in the first pack of their pills? If I am pregnant my husband and I will be thrilled. But of course, like most women would... I'm biting my nails in anticipation and curiosity!
