Looking for advice! My period is always exactly the same length and type, has been since I was 12, I'm 23.

My period is always the same length between periods, today it came two days early. It's always starts medium flow then to heavy then to light. Last 3-4 days usually.

Today, I woke up to spotting but bleeding like a regular period only when I pee, but it's pink and brown compared to usual dark red. It's so little, when I'm not peeing, that, except for a few spots, I don't need a pad.

What's up with it? Could it be implantation bleeding or just something up with my period?
