Test. The local dollar store tests are the identical to the tests you receive from the doctor.

On average a non pregnant woman has an HCG level of 5 or less,  so with it being at a 68 I would say you're more than likely pregnant as long as it's not just a fluxuation in your hormones.  But even at that a 68 makes me think it's a little too high for you not to be pregnant. Best wishes and baby dust your way😊😊
