normal?

So I missed a few days of my pills and naturally my period came early. However it lasted a usual 7 days got light that icky brown color and I thought I was done and then Mother Nature came back. I'm now on day 12 and I'm starting to get scared. I also started to get sick (probably just coincidental) with a very very high fever. Is there anyone who had had something similar happen?
