My almost 10 month old still hasn't cut his first tooth. 4 days ago he finally began showing signs of teething and had a low fever and was uncomfortable at night. He was up for 4 hours in the middle of the night until I finally went and bought him infant ibuprofen at 1am because the infant Tylenol didn't help him. Every night since then I've ended up giving him ibuprofen in the middle of the night when nothing else will get him back to sleep. Tonight was the 4th night in a row. I really don't want to keep giving it to him so often. Anyone else who's gone through this have any tips? Any ideas on how long this might last before he finally cuts the tooth?
