Advice please!!!!!

Heyyyy, I recently started getting my period back after not having it for 8 years (due to be over weight I guess) I have lost a lot of weight and now my periods have came back😇😇!! They came back in March and I eventually feel like a woman😂, I have been working full time since October and obviously I never used to get my periods when I work, I am the only female there and when it comes to the toilet situation it's awkward..… I have been allocated my own toilet but now and then I see men using it and they leave the seat up etc, the door is basically just in the office so everyone can hear you doing your business.. the issue I'm having when I'm on my period there is no disposal bins in the toilet and I feel too awkward to ask a man for one? I'm not too sure what I could do? Any advice xx
