TTC stress!

This is the second month my hubby and I have been what we call "not trying, but not not trying". We're just going with the flow, but I still feel the pressure! I'm stressed over every little thing and tracking my cycle like crazy. Sometimes I feel like I'm having symptoms that are just really in my mind. How do you ladies deal with this?!

By my third month trying i gave up trying. I still tracked everything through glow but we had sex ehen we felt like it rather than stressing whether it was a fertile day or not. Baby no1 is now on the way!

Try really hard to not over think it. It took my husband and I a year and a half to get pregnant. There were so many months I over thought it and thought I had symptoms but nope!! Literally the month after we stopped trying and started making other plans I found out I was pregnant.

I've been trying for 6 months this month I stopped tracking stopped ovulating testing and just going with the flow. I'm trying to mellow out stress can cause it longer for you to fall pregnant just relax and it will happen when it's meant to happen
