hot flushes as pms???

hi ladies! eve says my period is due in 9 days. i'm not really feeling any symptoms apart from backaches, but that could possibly be from weird sleeping habits this week. just today, i've been feeling kinda flushed on my face and ears, but it's cold out (it feels like winter in melbourne rn) and i'm feeling cold too? could this be a pms symptom? does anyone get it too?
