Sex standing up

So my bfs 6ft7 and I'm only 5ft7, we've tried having sex in the shower, or against a wall before but never succeeded. My bf will try and lift me up by my bum in order to do this but this just gets very painful. Is there any way to do this that would work given our height difference?
