Pcos treatment in UK

I have just been diagnosed with pcos and told I have multiple cysts on my ovaries 😔 I had 2 miscarriages in 2014 and another 1, 1 week ago. I have now been referred to gynaecology for them to help with the trying to conceive process sue to the pcos. Has anyone else been in a similar position and went on to have kids.
