I've been having sex like, 5 times a day ladies. (Yes with the same guy, both clean) Yea I have a problem, but lately I've been itchy in the land down under...is it caused by too much friction? What can I do to stop the itch? Please no rude comments, thank you!

I could be caused by not having enough good lady bacteria down there. I get it sometimes and have to get special probiotics from my doctor, but it totally knocks it out!

When you're frisky that often it changes the pH levels, especially if you are not using condoms. Make semen has a higher alkaline level and women are higher acid naturally. Make sure you are washing up and eating plenty of yogurt and taking probiotics. This will help keep the pH levels balanced.

They sell pH balancing washes but I've heard mixed reviews of them. And anti-itch wipe or cream can help with the discomfort but I'd avoid over using them too. If you notice a smell or different discharge go to the Dr and get checked out!
