period a week late...

My period was due 5/5. Still no sign of it. No cramps, no spotting. I am extremely emotional and my boobs are soooo sore. Like hurt to touch, nipples feel raw kind of sore. I've taken a FRER on Friday and this morning. Both BFN. Idk what to do. Do I want a few more days and test again or do I ask for a blood test? Driving me crazy!
