But question for my women. I am on nexplanon the birth control inserted into your arm I had it for 3 years previously to this one and this one I've had since October so not quite a year yet. 

My husband and I are not trying to conceive currently which I'm sure is obvious. We do have sex frequently but this weekend it's been just so much more and today I woke up with major majorrrrr ovarian cramps on my right side like it hurts to stand I have to lay down. The whole lower abdomen area is sore and tender. Do you think it's possible we accidentally got pregnant or am I just being paranoid
