help only when messed with

This happens only when messed with. Like squeezed. It's clear I'm not pregnant never had sex or any penis near my vagina. And have had all negitive tests and on the Apri BC pill. Help what is it. It's only when I play with it to check if it's still there. Help please. I am anxious over it. And only in that spot. And also never more than a tiny tiny amount doesn't always happen. Also seeing my Gyno soon for a refill on bc pills. So gonna ask them again. Last time I asked them they said can be from stimulating them and checking to see if it does it.
