Hi all I am 28 years old and I have irregular menstral cycles..I was off I'd be pill last year then started bleeding through the months..the doc put me back on pills which I regret.  I don't know when I'm ovulating I need advice on what to do in my 6 year relationship..I am ready but don't want pills or to attend a doc
