help idk whats going on

For 2 weeks soon to be 3 ive had pink blood come out when i wipe . Then past 3 days its been pink blood and brown discharge which is old blood i know . Not supposed to have my period for 5 days still. And ive got a horrible cough to where right below my tummy hurts my mom says its from coughing so much now it hurts when i pee ..
