Getting in the mood

Last night I was trying to have a bit of fun with my fiancée and when I'm making my way down there with my hand he stops me.

I asked why and he said "Because it leads to other things" I asked "what's wrong with that?" his response was in just not in the mood.

He's never in the mood unless he's been drinking, what do I do or what can I do?

I try wearing Sexy lingerie but does nothing.
