skin colored sac??

so I started my nuvaring like a good while ago, and of course me and my boyfriend had some unprotected sex. He didn't cum in me or anything. But I hadn't had my period in ages, no blood or anything. But then I started spotting like a week and a half ago, no heavy bleeding. But the other day I actually started bleeding more, very heavily. Well I just used the bathroom and when I checked my pad, it looked like a regular uterus lining having been shed, BUT. there was this thing in it, completely dettached. it was around the size of a dime, and it was kind of hard, the color of skin. And it appeared to be a little sac, like it was tied up like a water balloon. anyways, I'm kind of really worried about what it was. Also there were no blood clots around it or anything
