Hello ladies so I have the copper iud called paraguard... It's a 10 year & I've have mine for about 5 years this June & my cramps are horrible they are unbearable. I don't want kids but I do I'm in a undecided stage but I'm avoiding pregnancy I'm scared of hormones because I am on the few extra pounds & well I've heard bad things about hormones & I don't want to risk it.. Or is it a myth anything will help! What should I do or any recommendations will help
