Confused

My glow caldenar was right I was ovulating on Thursday but no bd. Friday we bd and it showed 22% chance of pregnancy. Its now monday morning and I am having strong cramps in my stomach. Im not sure if this is normal or not but it hasnt happened before. AF is not do for a few weeks or so and it never comes early. Always on time or a week or 2 late.

Has anybody else expierenced cramping after ovulation or bding
