idk what else to do???

I have breast fed exclusively since birth and she throughout that time I have tried to give her a bottle but she won't take it. She gets so upset she won't latch on the bottle and I am starving like. I have lost weight since the birth but I'm so not happy just eating feeding eating again but I feel hopeless. If I don't feed her she won't take anything not pedialyte not rice with formula not baby food just water bottle and breast but I feel like my milk is leaving me now... what should I do? I see pediatrician on the 18th
