Femara and Metformin success??

So I have PCOS and I don't get a period on my own. So we induced a period this month with progesterone pills (first cycle since Christmas). I started my period Saturday and took my first femara pill (2.5) Sunday. I'm taking them cycle day 2-6. I've been on metformin for a few months now at 1500 mg. Looking for some encouragement and wondering if this has worked for anyone??? We used clomid with my son and I never ovulated while on it with multiple iUI fails. Our son was a complete surprise after a night out at a concert and all I was in was metformin. So this is our first try with femara after trying for the past 15 months for #2!! So share your femara stories!! Because the unknown is lilling me.
