Help! What's wrong with me????

I'm not a virgin & my cherry has been popped. My boyfriend & I have had sex before with no issues; we use a condom every time. Well, this past Friday my boyfriend fingered me & I started bleeding. He fingered me kind of roughly so I didn't really freak out. Saturday we didn't do anything sexual. Sunday morning he fingered me (not hard at all) & I started pouring blood. Well I put in a tampon & now I'm on my period... my app says I wasn't supposed to start for another 5-7 days. I've never bled when he's done this before and he has been extremely rough at times.. What is going on? Should I be worried?
