Miralax Bowel Prep for Colonoscopy

Ok so I know this isn't pregnancy related but I don't have anyone else to ask lol. I'll be doing the Miralax Gatorade bowel prep instead of the NuLYTELY lemon crap that I hear tastes horrible..ugh a gallon too. I did the Miralax 2 years ago at my last one and it worked very well for me. Problem is, I didn't think to keep my prep instructions and I don't remember what it was. I called the doctors office where I had it done last and they didn't have the prep I did in my records but told me the new one which is still Miralax but in different dosages. It seems very excessive! I remember only getting 1 bottle and now it's over 2 bottles according to the measurements. They said 12 glasses w/3 tbsp of Miralax and 2 Dulcolax tablets before it. Anywhere I look online, it says 64 oz Gatorade with one 8.3 oz Miralax and to just mix it and drink every 15 min till gone with 4 Dulcolax before it. Can someone tell me what process you did with this bowel prep? Measurements, how many glasses, how many Dulcolax and the time of the day you took them, then the time you started the Miralax? Otherwise I'll just do the online instructions. Thanks!!
