I had a baby 15 days ago got 2 stitches going up do you think it's safe to have sex? I feel fine everything down there feels fine

No. Just because you feel fine doesn't make it safe. You can tear stitches, get an infection, etc. you should wait til you get checked by your doctor at 6 weeks. It's not worth it.

Don't do anything until those stitches are out and completely healed! Any kind of bacteria gets in there, and you can get a stitch abscess, which is not good! I managed to get a stitch abscess with one surgery scar, and the whole thing took over a month to heal, rather than just over 2 weeks... It was not comfortable.

It's better to play it safe rather than sorry in these cases.

You should definitely wait 6 weeks! Let yourself fully heal! And just an fyi, when you have sex again for the first time, after having your baby vaginally, it hurts!!
