We use pull out or condoms on my fertile days, but nothing the rest of the time. It works great for us. We plan on trying for number 4 this fall.

My husband and I had never used birth control and pulling out worked for almost a year and then BAM. I was pregnant. I now take the pill until we are ready for another baby lol

I had the Mirena IUD placed at my postpartum check-up. My baby is almost 9 months old now, and I haven't had any major issues with it. I've had some very light spotting here and there, but I'm also breastfeeding. It's good for five years, and my husband says he can't feel it.

Paragaurd and condoms.. you can never be too careful!! And we just don't like dealing with the mess and anxiety of even the slightest chance that it's still possible to get pregnant with the iud. It's never 100% and trying not to have a baby shouldn't be based on luck..

I've only been using the pull out for a few months since my son has been born. I haven't had a period yet so I'm not sure if it's working lol. Before that I had the iud for almost 5 years and before that the nuva ring and before that the pill. Got pregnant once because I used the nuva ring wrong.
