When did people start buying baby bits?😊

We had our 12 week scan yesterday and we went shopping and said we would buy the 'going home outfit' which we did and it was so exciting!!!😂 but when did you start getting other things like nappies, the cot, buggy etc?😍
Does anyone think 12 weeks is too early to stock up on nappies and bits? 
I won't be getting the buggy for a little while yet x

I started buying stuff at 6 weeks including the big stuff. Now I am 30 weeks and fully prepared. It's refreshing to have it all together and ready.

I'm only 15 weeks but we bough an outfit right when we found out it was a boy! (: you are excited! It doesn't hurt anything to buy a few things early!

Nappies, wipes, bibs, socks,creams etc started buying things like that as soon as we had our 12 week scan.. n then started buying everything else after 20 weeks x

I'm 20 weeks and have over 16 packs of diapers, 2 cases and 8 packs of wipes. I have also bought onesies and sleepers. Never too early

I brought my pram around 28 weeks and steriliseer clothes after 20 weeks scan my advice is so what you feels best hun enjoy your excitement I waited because  a worrier I wish I wasn't

We bought some unisex clothes, bath and changing mat at 13 weeks and then Moses basket, steriliser and some girl clothes at 21 weeks straight after our 20 week scan
