I have monitored my cycle and ovulation. CD1 April 22 then at CD12 i visited my OBGYN then she told me im fertile and will ovulate at CD14-16 tobe exact and per TVS. I followed her advice. At that time i felt my breast are heavy n full anf have sore breast for the longest time from and she said its normal due because of my hormones and I am ovulating.
