What is this dry skin on my areola?

It's a little itchy and it's so dry.. I'm not pregnant or anything either.

That looks like eczema. I get it on my nipple and boob every winter. I use hydrocortisone cream to help with itch.
However, see your doctor or OB/GYN before using any treatment just to be sure
