nipple peircing bubble cut?

So I had my nipples pierced about two years ago and I just removed The barbells from my nipples about a month ago because I don't want them anymore and I realized that one of my nipples entrance for the jewelry is bubbled up it kind of hurts please help?!

Clean and put the jewelry back in. Then clean it with peircing cleaner for 2 weeks. If it's an infection, having the jewelry out will trap the infection inside and can cause it to get worse. By putting the jewelry in you allow it to get out and get the cleaner in. That's what happened when I removed my belly button peircing. After 2 weeks the infection cleared up and I removed the jewelry again. I haven't had any issues since!

Idk if you're supposed to or not but sometimes I'll find little bubbles like that on my nip bc of my piercing and I've popped them every time. Sometimes it's just full of blood and it drains and is fine after that, one time it looked like a zit. Popped it, puss came out if bled a little and went away and that was it. I've always popped mine

Looks like a keloid. Mix up some aspirin with some water into a paste and apply it to the bump, should go away in a day or two.
