Asking a question about implantation..

I have a question for anyone that wants to answer I'm a little anxious and nervous. My husband and I have a 1 year old and have been trying to conceive our second child. We are having some trouble conceiving, we have been trying for 9 months now. I have been cramping for a few days now,  but they aren't strong and they come and go. I just used the bathroom a few moments ago I had a faint line of blood in my cervical mucus.... what does this mean ? Could it be an egg implanting ? Sorry if it is to much information or a graphic picture. I just thought someone could let me know what they think, because this could have happened to someone else. Thank you have a nice night.
