testing!

Im late either 6 or 3 days. I took a digital pregnancy test yesterday & although it said it could detect an early pregnancy ppl here told me not to rely on it. Tomorrow i have an appointment with my doctor over my foot, if i tell her to do a quick pregnancy test with my pee would the accurate results show? I have no symptoms, even my cm is drying i just haven't started.
