CD18 cramps and back pain

This would be baby #2 I've been getting cramp like pain that spreads across right above my pubic bone. Really bad lower back pains. Now I know it's to early to show  signs but I was curious that since this would be #2 would I be able to notice the symptoms much faster? Oh and also my sex drive.... I feel bad for my boyfriend lol. I can't see him without wanting to jump on him
