aching legs and cramps at 4 weeks 1 day?

My legs are aching so bad like they do before my period and I'm having cramps (not as intense as period cramps)- and little pains that feel like ovulation. Is this normal? It feels like my period is coming. I'm technically 14DPO, but had my positive blood test yesterday- 44 HCG.

According to my app I'm 5 weeks &I my legs have been so achy too! I work standing up for hours at a time too .

I'm 4 weeks 2 days today and girl, my legs HURT. I can only stand for a little then I have to sit back down cause I get exhausted lol! And I'm cramping too, I'm pretty sure it's normal as long as it's not excessive !
