34Weeks and 6days, heart racing really bad after eating !!!

Like I am going to pass out or have a heart attack. I have mentened it to my doctor several times. I have even been sent to labor and delivery for it but after a while it they send me home when it goes back down. It's the worst feeling ever. Now I am starting to have the racing in my heart even before eating. I feel like I am going crazy because I am miserable. I had pre elclampsia with my first son 3 years. I had him at 37 weeks. This time around my blood pressure hasn't been too bad but I have been feeling sick on and off. I live in Bronx NY and I feel like the prenatal care here sucks. I feel like I had been prenatal care when I lived in Va for my son.
