Looking for some input on my chart. I started what I believe to be AF on Monday afternoon. My temp dipped somewhat but have not gone below my cover line 97.7. (Top photo is last 3 days temps during bleeding and bottom is the full previous cycle) Is this "normal" or should they have dipped lower? So far AF was medium Monday and Tuesday but very light today. I recently had a miscarriage in March where I also had what I thought was AF at 3 weeks pregnant and ended up finding out I was pregnant and miscarrying a week later so I'm a little mistrusting of AF now 😂 any input is appreciated!!
