Hip pain

So I'm only 6 weeks 4 days in and so far no severe symptoms, but over the past couple of days my right hip has become really stiff and quite sore, making it difficult to walk. Being so early in the pregnancy I don't want to struggle with walking just yet especially as I have quite an active job. Anyone else had any similar problems? Is it a standard pregnancy related pain and is there anything I can do to help ease it?
